The Walnut Avenue Apartments are located adjacent to the YSA Building—three-minutes from central campus. Each residence includes three spacious double bedrooms, a shared kitchen, and a bathroom for every bedroom. Units are fully furnished and fitted with appliances, including washer and dryer, dishwasher, range oven, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The apartments have on-site mailboxes, easy access to walking trails, and key card access for added security.
