The Walnut Avenue Apartments are located adjacent to the YSA Building—three-minutes from central campus. Each residence includes three spacious double bedrooms, a shared kitchen, and a bathroom for every bedroom. Units are fully furnished and fitted with appliances, including washer and dryer, dishwasher, range oven, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The apartments have easy access to walking trails, and key card access for added security.
