The Carriage Mods provide all the benefits of on-campus housing with an off-campus vibe. Each residence includes two standard and four extended private bedrooms, a shared kitchen, and three bathrooms. Units are fully furnished and fitted with appliances, including washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator. The units have on-site parking, large front porches, and a picnic area with outdoor grills and a fire pit.
