The Carriage Mods provide all the benefits of on-campus housing with an off-campus vibe. Each residence includes two standard and four extended private bedrooms, a shared kitchen, and three bathrooms. Units are fully furnished and fitted with appliances, including washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator. The units have on-site parking, large front porches, and a picnic area with outdoor grills and a fire pit.
$4,025 (Rooms 1, 2, 5, 6) per semester

Each residence includes one double bedroom and two private bedrooms, a shared kitchen, and two full bathrooms. Units have on-site parking and are fully furnished and fitted with appliances, including washer and dryer, oven, and refrigerator.

The Gayle Smith apartments provide an off-campus experience with all the same on-campus perks: free 24/7 security and maintenance, free utilities, etc. At two residents per unit, each apartment includes a double bedroom, a shared kitchen, and a full bathroom. Units have on-site parking and mailboxes, and are fully furnished and fitted with appliances, including washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and garbage disposal.
