The Gayle Smith apartments provide an off-campus experience with all the same on-campus perks: free 24/7 security and maintenance, free utilities, etc. At two residents per unit, each apartment includes a double bedroom, a shared kitchen, and a full bathroom. Units have on-site parking and are fully furnished and fitted with appliances, including washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and garbage disposal.
