Responsibilities
- The position requires mentorship of students, course development, curriculum revision, and continued improvement of the business major.
- Teaching responsibilities include principles of management/organizational behavior, human resources courses and related upper- and lower-division courses in the Business major.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in the same or related field
- The ideal candidate will have evidence of effective teaching in small classes.
- Candidates should have graduate training and teaching experience in the field.
Preferred Qualifications
- A PhD in Management/Organizational Behavior is strongly preferred.
