Institutional Effectiveness & Title IX Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of national assessments (SSI, NSSE, CLA+)
- Assist with the assessment of student learning outcomes in conjunction with program coordinators in academics
- Assist with the assessment of non-academic units across campus
- Provide support and feedback on the annual assessment cycle, including academic and non-academic assessment plans, assessment results, and subsequent monitoring, debriefing, and alignment with upcoming plans
- Assist in the planning and execution of regular accreditation functions, including the assignment of narrative sections, follow-up with campus leaders composing accreditation narrative, validation of written accreditation narratives, and the assembly and delivery of the university’s compliance certificate
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least two years experience in assessment, reporting, and planning for accreditation compliance
- Ability to perform complex tasks related to the gathering, analysis, and reporting of assessment and accreditation data
- At least five years of experience overseeing an institution’s Title IX compliance and conducting investigations and implementing supportive measures
- Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding discrimination.
- Ability to train faculty, staff and students on Title IX laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks, especially across multiple campus departments and with a variety of people
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Experience working in institutional effectiveness at a SACSCOC-accredited institution
