New Campus Parking Categories & Access Guide

Welcome to the new campus parking system. To improve parking availability and reduce congestion, parking passes are now zone-specific. Please review the definitions below to understand exactly where your decal permits you to park before purchasing.

Residential Decals

Residential passes are strictly assigned to your specific housing location. You may only purchase a pass for the building you live in (e.g., Gayle Smith residents cannot purchase a Lofts pass).

The Lofts decal

  • Access: Permits parking only in the Lofts lot. It does not grant access to general campus lots.

  • Availability: Limited quantities available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Price: $250/year

Gayle Smith & Carriage Decals

  • Access: Dual-access. Permits parking in your specific residence lot and all general campus parking lots.

  • Availability: Issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Price: $150/year

  • Note: These decals feature unique identifiers to prevent unauthorized visitor parking in residential lots.

Important Note for Gayle Smith & Carriage Residents: If you live in these halls but do not secure or purchase a residential pass, you must purchase a General Campus pass. However, a General Campus pass will not allow you to park in your residence hall lot.
