Paysen Grandy

When I told everyone at my previous art school that I was transferring to Southern Virginia University, I had no idea just how much it would change my life. As a military child, I always dreamed of finding a place like Stars Hollow; a close-knit community where people knew me, supported me, and encouraged me to grow as an artist and as a person.

During my time at SVU, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in student government, play women’s lacrosse, and even start a figure drawing club. More than anything, SVU has given me a community and an experience that has blessed my life in countless ways.

Now, I have the privilege of helping prospective students discover that same sense of belonging and inviting them to experience all that SVU has to offer. I can’t wait to help you find your place here!
