Kate Howe

Though I’ve lived in various places, the East Coast has always been home. Returning here to finish my degree at Southern Virginia University was a defining moment for me; I instantly knew I was exactly where I belonged. While at SVU, I studied Vocal Performance with a minor in Psychology, and loved building community by singing at Grace Episcopal Church in nearby Lexington.

Outside of the office, you can find me running, reading, hanging out with friends, or hunting for the best sunrise spots in BV. I am thrilled to be back on campus to help new students find their own sense of belonging and connection by navigating the financial aid process with ease.
