• Creative Media Producer for Performing Arts

    Southern Virginia University is seeking a talented and motivated full-time Creative Media Producer to produce content and manage the social media presence for Performing Arts (theatre program and music ensembles).     Minimum Qualitifications

    • Experience in content creation (photo, video, graphic design)
    • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices
    • Passion for compelling storytelling
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred Abilities:

    • Background in performing arts
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the official Performing Arts accounts on various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
    • Produce unique and engaging content for our theatre program and music ensembles
    • Collaborate with the Director of Creative Media to develop a cohesive brand and content strategy for Performing Arts at Southern Virginia University
    • Other duties as assigned
