The Division of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at Southern Virginia University seeks an Open-Rank, Full-time, Teaching Position to join its Computer Science Program. We are specifically looking for a candidate that can foster a robust undergraduate experience and will have the liberty to make changes that best prepares students to enter the workforce or applicable graduate programs.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate evidence of teaching effectiveness, industry software development experience and at least an M.S. in Computer Science or a related field. Candidates with significant industry experience and professional accomplishments will be considered and are encouraged to apply. Rank will be determined based on the qualifications of the successful candidate. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
