Helmet open and lance pointed to the sky, Southern Virginia University recently unveiled a new golden-bronze Knight statue at the Knight Stadium. The stadium, dedicated in October, came as a result of the vision and generosity the Knight family.

Wilcox announced Monday that Dana Oaks, currently CEO of University Hospital and Medical Center, a major acute care hospital and medical center complex near Fort Lauderdale, will join Southern Virginia this summer as Executive Vice President and Chief Advancement Officer.
